  It was such a pleasant surprise when I called this State Farm for a few quotes 2 weeks ago. Since then we have switched our auto, home owner's and the umbrella insurance to this State Farm. I have and will continue to recommend this State Farm to my friends. The reasons are: (1) the staff (Randy Somers, Kevin Swanson) are exceptional hard workers, have great follow up skills, genuinely want to help their customers, and mostly they are honest and do take pride in their work. Their approach is to find out what your needs are first, understand your situation, then offer the best options. Unlike many insurance companies, we were only given one option. (2) This State farm is able to find an option with twice of the coverage on our home owners insurance and the umbrella insurance with the similar premium that we have been paying to our old insurance company. Without any doubts,, we switched to State Farm immediately. Our mistake was that my family has stayed with our old insurance company over 30 years without looking into any other options. Lately when we started calling around, all of them except this State Farm have offered the most expensive option and refused to listen or compromise. We appreciate this State Farm for willing to work with us, they will find alternatives if there is any problems. We are very happy with this State Farm and want to share our experience. IR 8/18/2016
